You have to get another separate pump if you have more than 1 med needing a pump, or grab a giant triple pump that is heavy and almost impossible to wheel around. My current hospital uses the Hospira Plum pumps.and I hate them. The PCA version was really simple to use. They were easy to add on to when you had more than 1 medication requiring the pump, plus they were programmed with the common meds/rates. loved them (with the exception of the super sensitivity to tiny bubbles that was mentioned elsewhere in this thread).
